I contacted Eddie about my light. On the calls and subsequent emails, he has been kind, polite, friendly, helpful, quick to respond, proactive and has always gone beyond expectations. I have dealt with many people in many industries and employees such as this are a rare and very exceptional kind. Even though I’m in Reading, you will now be my go-to place for any lighting and one I will recommend. Honestly, I wish everyone I have to contact in other businesses were half as pleasant and efficient as him. He is a credit to your company. And I’m sure you know this and value him.
