The packaging was exceptionally good – you made sure that nothing was going to happen to the during transit. How you were able to do all this for the price is beyond me. I first made enquiries a while back and I spoke with Eddie who was extremely helpful kind patient and knowledgeable – lovely chap!  Equally George yesterday was also very helpful and approachable all be it by phone. You have a really nice team, I wish all suppliers/traders could give the same level of service I have received by Universal Lighting.  I work for the NHS and will promote UL as a go to.
