From the helpful emails suggesting lights to meet our requirements, the friendly phone message from your customer service department thanking us for the order and advising of delivery times, to the personalised card with the delivery- all above and beyond anything we have experienced recently. Both my husband and I have run businesses where customer service has been an important factor, but we have both been amazed at the level of service.

Pleasantly Surprised
I love my Waterfall crystal light thank you.
I was also very pleasantly surprised at the service too. I received a phone call straight after I made the order to explain what to expect. It was unlikely to arrive before Christmas.
It was, therefore, a lovely surprise to receive it within 3 days.
