The service from Universal Lighting is excellent, from the initial sales response to aftercare. I had the misfortune to receive an item that had a breakage and although my initial thoughts were “oh no what a hassle this is going to be” I should not have worried. I phoned the number that was on the enclosed personally signed note that was included along with the invoice by the sales person (that’s how friendly they are) and spoke to Emma who checked there and then to see if a replacement was in stock. Not just on the computer, she actually went and looked at the physical item. The next day I had my replacement item in my hand and the return item was collected that day too. This is an absolutely first class service and the lantern is beautiful! My thanks to all at Universal Lighting, you are a great example of what business should be.
