Hi Clo,
The light I ordered was delivered the day you said it would be and the packaging was first class and so secure I doubt anything could have broken it.  Your service was superb as was the advice given and I really must also make comment regarding the delivery team. They communicated with me at every stage giving me a one hour window 9.27 - 10.27, they were that specific, and at 9.45 my doorbell rang. I am highly delighted with the appliance and the teams service and will certainly recommend you to others.

I would like to thank you for your superb service when I asked for my order to be held until we returned from holiday. I had a confirmation e-mail and it was dispatched to arrive on the day I requested. I had an e-mail in the morning to confirm the time and it arrived as predicted. On opening my light I found a lovely personal message ! The beautiful multi-coloured chandelier is being fitted today !

Good morning Chloe,
Here, as promised, are some before and after pictures of our doorstep lighting arrangements.  To say that we're absolutely delighted with the lantern you supplied would be an understatement and fitting it was so easy. The bulkhead is also installed and is a great improvement on the previous rubbish! Our bungalow looks so very much better now, especially after removing the other two lanterns, two solar lights and one single and one double security light that previously adorned the walls! Thank you all so much for your help with this project.

We recently purchased from you 2 wall lights, which were delivered quickly. We noticed on fitting that there was a crack in the glass on one light. We telephoned yourselves to report the problem and a new replacement was sent by yourselves in days. We are just not used to this level of good service, and I feel I must thank you for this unusual attention. We shall certainly use you again, and recommend your Company.

Just a quick note to say thank you very much for such prompt and  excellent attention to my order.  My lamp arrived the day after it was ordered, an email sent advising delivery time, which proved to be accurate, and finally  the product itself was exactly as described.  Accompanied also by a personally signed thank you letter.  Great service, we will certainly recommend your company and make Universal Lighting Services our first port of call for any future lighting.

I'm just writing to say that I am indeed delighted with my new, white, silk lampshade, which arrived today. I was also delighted with my taupe, silk lightshades for my wall lights from my previous order - they all look very classy! It was also good to deal with some nice, polite people.

Myself and Mark came in to you're shop this afternoon and paid a deposit for one of your beautiful French Lights for our kitchen. We were so impressed with the lovely service offered to us by Chloe that we wanted to say a big thank you to her. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she really helped us choose the right light. It's such a shame that more shops don't have such helpful, polite and well trained staff. We look forward to meeting her again and picking up the light from you next month.
