Dear all, Just a quick note to say, all the lights that I purchased from your company, have now been installed and are looking "brilliant", excuse the pun!!We had a slight hiccup to start with but you dealt with it swiftly and I was not inconvenienced at all. I will definitely be a returning customer and will point my friends in your direction as you have a vast array of quality lighting, at competitive prices. Even the electrician was impressed as he did not have a problem installing the brick lights, where as, on previous occasions due to poor quality products, he found that the housing had buckled. Just a note to say that our order was delivered early this afternoon by your courier. I can confirm that it arrived safely and in good condition, well protected in it's packaging. We are delighted with the lamp, it looks stunning in our Lounge and I'm certain that it will be a point of interest when family and friends visit.
I can also say that we're delighted with the courier service that you employ. Their tracking facility is excellent and the one hour time slot provided for delivery is marvellous in that, you are not tied to the house all day waiting for a delivery.

We have also been inspired to order another 3 lights today- if only there was a loyalty discount!
Once we have the new lights up I will write some reviews on your website.
Only negative comment I have is that other than the Paypal email confirming payment, I received no email confirmation of my order. This meant that until the courier emailed me I had a couple of days of doubt that the website was real. I'm sure you can easily fix this and ensure an even better service.

This is just a note after the madness of Christmas and New Year to say how delighted we were with the Tiffany lamp ordered and the quality of service received from Universal Lighting. I was particularly touched by the inclusion of the light bulb which meant that the lamp could be ceremonially 'switched on' on Christmas Day - this was part of my husband's Christmas present for his desk!
I feel that there are one or two other places in the home where a Tiffany lamp would look stunning and we shall doubtless be using your company again!

I found the units to be good quality, strong build and easy to install. The locking ring arrangement makes lamp replacement a doddle (but I hope replacements will not be needed for a long time!)

Hope you are all well. It’s wet, windy but warm in the far north.
This is just a wee note to say that the lamp shade arrived safely and that it looks absolutely superb. As my wife Linda probably explained during her telephone conversation, the shade is to hang in the hall way. We have recently had it decorated and the glow from the bulb through the glass really transforms the feel in the hallway. There is such a warmth that comes from the light that passes through the glass shade. We love it. We were not disappointed either by the shades dimensions. Following your conversation with Linda I downloaded the picture of the shade that’s on your website and proportionally scaled it to match the dimensions you gave. That way we could get a feel for how it would look in the intended location.
Also, a major worry to us was that it may get damaged in the post, but it was so well packaged that even the most clumsy of package handlers would have difficulty in causing any damage to it.
We were delighted with your hand written letter. A lovely personal touch and so rare these days.
I apologise for the lack of a hand written reply. You wouldn’t be able to read my writing.

It is always a bit of a leap of faith making a 'one-off' purchase, having found you from a Google search. However, I have to say I am very pleased with every aspect of my purchase. Thanks for your note with the lamp delivered last week. I am absolutely delighted with it. I have wanted a Tiffany lamp for so long and have never taken the plunge - obviously they aren't cheap and there are so many to choose from it can be quite off putting. You wouldn't believe how long it took me to decide on a style and to order on line is always a bit of a leap of faith in case you don't like it when it arrives. However, I can honestly say I fell in love with it as soon as I got it out of the box. It really lifts the room and gives it such a touch of luxury and class.

She was so worried that she rang your offices the next day to make sure that you had the order and her payment and of course to make sure that you were not giving a false number that belonged to a chinese laundrette in cardiff.
Your email updates gave her peace of mind and when the lamp arrived exactly when it was expected, well you were the best thing since sliced bread!

Hi, Just received the short post lights for my garden. Sb el 40014. All arrived safely..Am very pleased with them, they will look great, especially as it was difficult to find short lights. Just to say that the Ophelia Tiffany Lamp Pendant we ordered arrived safely and looks fantastic in the hall. It's a lovely light fitting and it goes really well with the William Morris wallpaper. I thought I would also let you know just how good the delivery service was. We have never had such an efficient and quick delivery of an item. We got an email with the delivery date and on the day we got an email with a one hour time slot. Excellent! I wish other companies would follow suit.

Hello Sye, Just a note to say that all eight New Orleans light fittings have been unpacked, installed and are now working. Not one was broken during transit and I am most impressed by the extra thickness of the glass. Most fittings which I have previously installed were supplied with very thin and fragile glass.Can you please inform me of the name of the transport company which you used. They also impressed me, and I might need them to transfer a lot of my material from my home in Wales to France.
