I have just had one of your dragonfly tiffany lamps delivered and I have to say that your service and your products are fantastic. The delivery came exactly when I was told it was and the lamp was exactly as I expected and looks lovely now it is hung up in place. In fact I was so impressed that I came straight onto your site and placed another order for a ceiling light and two wall lights for my lounge. Hope you are all well. It’s wet, windy but warm in the far north.
This is just a wee note to say that the lamp shade arrived safely and that it looks absolutely superb. As my wife Linda probably explained during her telephone conversation, the shade is to hang in the hall way. We have recently had it decorated and the glow from the bulb through the glass really transforms the feel in the hallway. There is such a warmth that comes from the light that passes through the glass shade. We love it. We were not disappointed either by the shades dimensions. Following your conversation with Linda I downloaded the picture of the shade that’s on your website and proportionally scaled it to match the dimensions you gave. That way we could get a feel for how it would look in the intended location.
Also, a major worry to us was that it may get damaged in the post, but it was so well packaged that even the most clumsy of package handlers would have difficulty in causing any damage to it.
We were delighted with your hand written letter. A lovely personal touch and so rare these days.
I apologise for the lack of a hand written reply. You wouldn’t be able to read my writing.

It is always a bit of a leap of faith making a 'one-off' purchase, having found you from a Google search. However, I have to say I am very pleased with every aspect of my purchase. I have wanted a Tiffany lamp for so long and have never taken the plunge - obviously they aren't cheap and there are so many to choose from it can be quite off putting. Just to say that the Ophelia Tiffany Lamp Pendant we ordered arrived safely and looks fantastic in the hall. It's a lovely light fitting and it goes really well with the William Morris wallpaper. I thought I would also let you know just how good the delivery service was. We have never had such an efficient and quick delivery of an item. Hello Sye, Just a note to say that all eight New Orleans light fittings have been unpacked, installed and are now working. Not one was broken during transit and I am most impressed by the extra thickness of the glass. Most fittings which I have previously installed were supplied with very thin and fragile glass.Can you please inform me of the name of the transport company which you used. They also impressed me, and I might need them to transfer a lot of my material from my home in Wales to France.

Sorry for the delay in writing this.
Thanks very much for the replacement light fitting. I was most surprised that it was just a replacement head unit that you sent and the old unit didn’t have to be sent back to confirm the fault. The new head is now installed on the old unit and is working perfectly. Thanks very much for your excellent service and customer support.
