Covid-19 update 20th March

Following governemnt guidance, Elstead Lighting have decided to close from this morning. This will last for at least 3 weeks and could be longer. This means that we are unable to supply Elstead Lighting products in the immediete future. Elstead Lightings decision affects the following brands: Elstead Lighting, Feiss, Flambeau, Gilded Nola, Hinkley Lighting, Kichler, Norlys, Quozel and Stiffel. We have some stock of each brand in our warehouse for purchase. We have temporarily disabled the ability to buy these brands but may have a particular item in stock. Please contact our customer care team on 0151 650 2138 to enquire Mon – Fri 8.30am – 5pm.

Due to the unfolding situation with Coronavirus (COVID-19), we’re sad to tell you that we’ll be temporarily closing our showroom from 8.30am on Tuesday 24th March 2020. Our showroom may be closing but our online shop remains operational. Inward and outbound deliveries are currently not affected. Deliveries may take a little longer to arrive but are broadly as stated on our deliveries page. You can have your Universal Lighting order delivered to your home, or select click and collect.

Our Customer care team are still available on 0151 650 2138 to answer your questions. Mon – Fri 8.30am – 5pm. We are temporarily unable to provide the telephone service at weekends. Email enquiries to will be answered within one working day.

We look forward to welcoming you back into our showroom when the time is right and the uncertainty has passed. I would like to thank you for your continued loyalty and support, even during these uncertain times. Our thoughts go out to everyone who have been affected by this unprecedented situation.

We at Universal Lighting Services take the view that the health and safety of our customers and staff is our first priority. Our staff remain well and we are able to assist you over the telephone and in our showroom. Click and collect purchases and local deliveries are also unaffected.

Our showroom remains open at this stime but we have introduced steps to protect everyone during the epidemic. Customers are required to use the supplied hand sanitiser upon entry and exit from our showroom and you are asked to maintain a distance of at least two-metres from other customers and staff.

We’d like to confirm that our online shopping is unaffected. Inward and outbound deliveries are currently not affected by the coronavirus crisis. You can continue to shop with us and delivery times should be in-line with those stated on our deliveries page.
