We have been supplying commercial lighting to specifiers, installers and sub contractors for 40 years. We can supply every commercial light fiitting available in the UK including energy saving and LED lighting. Prices will vary on specification and quantity.

Universal Lighting was founded in 1970 by David Foster who concentrated exclusively on supplying commercial lighting solutions before branching out into the decorative lighting field. Now you can have the best of both worlds from a supplier who can source every type of light fitting. Ideal if you are undertaking hotel or residential accommodation refurbishment.

We work closely with a number of lighting design houses and specifiers and are account holders with all of the major players in the commercial lighting field. We are also able to get bespoke lighting solutions manufactured to your specification.

We are up to date with the lighting solutions available and are able to supply every commercial light available in the UK and throughout Europe, including Italy, Spain, Denmark, Germany and France. 

We always carry some stock of the more common commercial light fittings such as recessed luminaries, surface mounted luminaries, recessed downlights and low bay fittings, including maintained and non-maintained emergency versions. 

We are in the process of evaluating new LED strip lighting solutions for commercial applications. We can now source LED lighting solutions that give over 110 lumens per metre whilst only being 12 x 5mm in diameter and energy saving too.
