Bathroom Wall Lighting
A well placed bathroom wall light will avoid shadows and will illuminate the area in front of a mirror to make life easier when applying make up or shaving. We supply a full range of suitably IP rated bathroom wall lights including chrome, LED low energy and halogen fittings to help enhance your bathroom lighting.
In an ideal word we would have a bare bathroom to work with, but this is rarely the case
Bathroom wall lights are often overlooked but perform an important role in the overall lighting scheme by helping to eliminate shadows in important areas. Used around or over a bathroom mirror, a wall or bathroom mirror lights will eliminate shadows on the face when applying make up or shaving.
If your bathroom is part tiled then recessing the wall light wiring will not be a problem, but what can you do if the bathroom walls are fully tiled? Consider mounting a mirror at face level of a size that will extend to within 150mm or so from the ceiling. The wiring can then be taken down from the roof space and surface mounted. This method is particularly effective when using an over mirror light and enables the wiring to be hidden behind the mirror if you wanted to fit wall lights either side.
