for without doubt yours is the best service I have received on the Internet. The customer value stands out a mile throughout your service... The lamp is now on, and is just great. I am using a low energy bulb, which is only equal to 75 watt, and it is great. And it was good to be able to have personal phone contact with you too. Makes such a difference to "Blind shopping "....

Firstly I would like to say how pleased I was to find your web site, thanks to 60 minute makeover for that information.
I had been looking for Tiffany wall lights for just about a year, whilst I did find some, nothing seemed to meet exactly what I was looking for, then I found Universal Lighting not only do you have a great selection of Tiffany but so many other things on offer I was in my element, exactly what I wanted and more.
The service I received from you can only be described as outstanding from placing my order to my lights arriving, the attention to detail that you and your company have given me could be a real lesson to others about customer care and service.

The lights arrived here safe and well on Wednesday afternoon. The delivery man said that he has never delivered a parcel that was so well wrapped. They are exactly what we wanted and the colours match the other furnishings in our family room. Hopefully the electrician will be able to fit them tomorrow.
